Delivery Information

UK Standard Delivery

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £70. Orders under £70 are charged at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email straight away. When your order is dispatched, we'll send a second email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

International Delivery

We currently focus on UK delivery. If you're based outside the UK and would like to enquire about international shipping, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy

We want you to love every Babycino purchase. If you're not completely happy, we accept returns within 28 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • With all tags still attached

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack your item(s) securely and send them back to us
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size where stock allows. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can check availability and arrange the exchange for you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve this for you as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
