Sizing

What sizes do you stock?

We stock baby and toddler clothing from 0–3 months through to 2–3 years. All sizes are listed on each product page, and availability is shown in real time so you always know what's in stock.

How do Babycino items fit?

Our clothing is designed to fit true to size with a comfortable, relaxed fit to allow for movement and layering. If your little one is between sizes, we recommend sizing up — especially for knitwear and sets.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes. Our size guide gives a general age and weight reference. As babies grow at different rates, we always recommend checking the measurements listed on each product alongside your baby's current measurements for the best fit.

Orders & Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £70. For orders under £70, a standard delivery charge applies at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently focus on UK delivery. If you're based outside the UK and would like to enquire about international shipping, please contact us.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 28 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Simply contact us to start your return.

How do I return an item?

Email us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, we're happy to arrange a size exchange where stock allows. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order, and we'll do our best to sort it for you.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Are items suitable for newborns?

We stock items from 0–3 months and upwards. All fabrics are soft and gentle, though we always recommend checking material details on individual product pages if your baby has sensitive skin.
